Bronchial wall thickening with mucoid impaction (finger in glove sign) involving the anterior segment III of the right upper lobe, probably resembling ABPA (allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis). Toracic aortic ectasia and reactive right paratracheal lymphnode ACR 4R (Barret pouch) as additional findings.
