– Less/no vascularisation – flow with color Doppler-affected testicle
– Lower echogenicity or heterogeneous aspect testicle, if too late already hypoechoic infarcts
– Testicle displaced cranially in the scrotum
– Twisted spermatic cord “like a knot”
– Reactive hydrocele
