CT neck and thorax with IV contrast.
Findings: Dense foreign body in the esophagus, subglottic at the level of the proximal trachea. Free air bubbles in the upper anterior mediastinum and surrounding soft tissue thickening, fluid and fat infiltration. No abscess yet. ç
Conclusion: Perforated fish bone in esophagus with signs of early mediastinitis.
