65-year-old woman with cholecystitis:

What do you see?

* Edema in gall bladder wall, enhancement, cholecystolithiasis (red arrow) > cholecystitis

* But also choledocholithiasis (blue arrow)!

* Indication for endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreaticography (ERCP) with papillotomy and stone removal.
